I'm Dalton Zongshian Lu, a director and producer from Taiwan, now based in Los Angeles. Over the past decade, I've built a career working across film, television, commercials, and music videos in both Asia and the United States, specializing in Taiwan–US international co-productions that bridge cultures and reach global audiences.
My background in social psychology gives me a distinct lens on human behavior — one I bring to every story I tell. I believe the most compelling films don't just entertain; they challenge perspectives and spark real conversation. My work has been recognized at the Austin Film Festival, LA Shorts Fest, Burbank International Film Festival, and Cannes.
Fluent in Taiwanese, Mandarin, and English, I work seamlessly across cultures and collaborate with talent and crews on both sides of the Pacific.
